Dave Anderson - President

Dave Anderson has been involved with fostering STEM education for youth through volunteerism in STEM outreach programs at John Deere for multiple years.  His daughter is a multi-year participant in FIRST robotics programs.  

In early 2025, Dave, his wife Dusty, and friend Craig Danby decided to pursue the creation of Robotic Innovation and STEM Education, Inc. in order to create a path for STEM to reach further into communities that may not have had the opportunity due to location and lack of funding opportunities.

The focus of this newly formed non-profit organization would be not only on spreading STEM into more rural and outlying communities, but also to focus on women in STEM and engineering, another underserved demographic within the STEM fields.
